Return Policy

For questions or inquiries about returns email Customer Service at customerservice@venomorange.com. Please include customer information (first & last name, address, phone number), invoice number, date of purchase and product number. We will not request credit card information via email. Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase for exchange or refund minus a 15% restocking fee. We will not exchange merchandise or issue refunds without original invoice (receipt) of the list item(s) that will be returned. Refunds will be issued in original method of payment.

Just follow these steps:

1. Simply fill out the enclosed Return Form from your package contents or on a copy of your invoice include the following information:
   • Full Name
   • Phone Number used when placing order
   • Invoice Number
   • Daytime phone number and best time to contact you should we have any questions
   • Brief reason for return
   • 
     
2. Enclose this form with your returned items. Securely wrap the package and send to:
   
   Manufacturer's shipping address listed
   
   For your protection, return the product insured via United Parcel Service(UPS) or U.S. Mail. Purchaser is responsible for additional shipping charges on exchanges and returns. Please do not send items C.O.D., they will not be accepted.
   
   
3. Upon receipt of package, per your instructions we will promptly exchange the item or issue a refund by original method of payment.
