The information provided by the customer during registration is only used for the purpose to advertise new promotional products and/or sales via email. Venom Orange does not sell or provide customer information to a third party company; however, the shipping address is provided to UPS or FedEx for shipping purposes.
For questions or inquiries about returns email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include customer information (first & last name, address, phone number), invoice number, date of purchase and product number. We will not request credit card information via email. Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase for exchange or refund minus a 15% restocking fee. We will not exchange merchandise or issue refunds without original invoice (receipt) of the list item(s) that will be returned. Refunds will be issued in original method of payment.
Venom Orange believes in cooperative effort to support Florida A&M University thereby we provide links to the Florida A&M University Foundation and Rattler Boosters websites so that you can make donations that will continue to support academics and athletics.
Customers will be able to browse the website but will not be able to place an order without creating a user account. Customer can create a user account using their email address and a password along with providing personal information such as first and last name, address (for security verification), city, state and zip code.
Customers complete point of sale transaction using PayPal. To open a PayPal account, go to www.paypal.com. Merchandise will be shipped by UPS or FedEx to the shipping address provided by customer during sales transaction process. Allow 4 to 8 days delivery time. We are not responsible for any error in information provided by the customer that may delay receiving shipment.
